Attached Articles of Association of DnB NOR ASA approved by the Banking, Insurance and Securities Commission on 3 December 2003.

DnB NOR ASA hereby reports that Gjensidige NOR Spareforsikring sold 2,222,944 shares in DnB Holding ASA at a price of NOK 43.28 on 4 December 2003. Following the transaction, Gjensidige NOR Spareforsikring has no holding of DnB shares. Gjensidige NOR Spareforsikring is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DnB NOR ASA.
