On 24 June 2005, DnB NOR Bank ASA sold 293,524,738 shares in Pan Fish ASA at NOK 1.92 per share, representing 24.4 per cent of the shares in Pan Fish ASA. The sale will ensure a gain of around NOK 314 million in DnB NOR's group accounts. The shares were sold through DnB NOR Markets. Following the sale, the DnB NOR Group holds convertible bonds corresponding to 9,943,851 shares in Pan Fish ASA, which represents 0.81 per cent of the company's share capital.
