Benedicte Berg Schilbred (born 1946) is executive board chairman in the Odd Berg Group and holds a number of other board positions, among others in the Kongsberg Group ASA. Ole-Eirik Lerøy has been elected new vice- chairman, succeeding Rannveig M. Arentz. Ole- Eirik Lerøy (born 1959) is managing director of the Lerøy Seafood Group ASA. He holds a number of board positions in the fisheries industry.
