2008 Second Quarter Results

At a meeting of the Supervisory Board on 18 June 2008, Vital Forsikring ASA re-elected the following members of the Board of Directors: Rune Bjerke, Tom Grøndahl, Bjørg Ven and Jørn O. Kvilhaug. Bjørn Erik Næss, Tove Pettersen and Vibeke Holsen were elected new board members. Carl A. Løvvik was elected as a new deputy by the employees. Rune Bjerke was re-elected board chairman and Tom Grøndahl was re-elected vice-chairman. The term of office is up to two years. The Board of Directors now consists of the following members: Kristin Birkeland, Bergen (employee) Rune Bjerke, Oslo Tom Grøndahl, Slependen Vibeke Holsen, Bergen (employee) Cathrine Klouman, Stabekk Jørn O. At a meeting of the Supervisory Board on 18 June 2008, DnB NOR Bank ASA re-elected the following members of the Board of Directors: Kari Lotsberg, Bent Pedersen and Ingjerd Skjeldrum. Anne Carine Tanum and Kai Nyland were elected new board members. Jorunn Løvås was re-elected as a deputy by the employees. Anne Carine Tanum was elected new board chairman and Bent Pedersen was re-elected vice-chairman. The term of office is one year for Kai Nyland and up to two years for the other members.
