Response to the Norwegian FSA regarding the distribution of dividend
Today the DNB Board of Directors responded to the letter from the Norwegian FSA sent to all Norwegian financial institutions regarding the dividend payments for 2019. The DNB Board of Directors will evaluate the dividend payment until the bank’s Annual General Meeting in the end of April. This allows the Board more time to evaluate today’s uncertain economic outlook, and what impacts to expect for both the bank and our customers.
